InnoTECH's Retainer Plus model provides a recurring foundation of advisory and execution support, with an agreed scope, dedicated capacity, and a regular review rhythm. It gives leaders a consistent working relationship as priorities evolve.
When an initiative requires additional research, a facilitated workshop, a defined project, or support beyond the retainer's scope, that work is separately scoped and approved. This keeps responsibilities, deliverables, and investment clear.
