Book a Discovery SessionInnovation & Strategy
Define the Opportunity. Build the Way Forward.
We help leadership teams clarify the problem, assess opportunities, test assumptions, and establish a practical strategy for growth and modernization. We usually start by agreeing on what a successful outcome looks like, because the scope should follow from the outcome rather than the other way around.
When to engage us
You are evaluating a new market, shaping an innovation initiative, or deciding where to invest limited time and resources.
Potential deliverables
Deliverables are examples tailored to the agreed scope.
Operations Research & Academic Research
Build Your Decisions on Evidence.
We define the research problem, evaluate evidence, assess alternatives, and translate findings into recommendations a decision maker can act on. Our work connects operational needs with relevant academic and technical research. In our experience, the most useful research product is one that tells you what the evidence supports and where the gaps are, not just what you hoped to confirm.
When to engage us
You need to compare options, understand performance constraints, assess emerging technology, or establish an evidence base for a consequential decision.
Potential deliverables
Deliverables are examples tailored to the agreed scope.
AI & Technology Integration
Put Technology to Work Where It Matters.
We assess where AI, automation, and emerging technologies fit a workflow that already exists. We examine readiness, prioritize use cases, and shape adoption around practical value and implementation requirements. The question we want to answer first is whether the technology fits the problem, not whether the technology is impressive.
When to engage us
You see opportunities for technology adoption but need clarity on fit, priorities, resources, and organizational readiness.
Potential deliverables
Deliverables are examples tailored to the agreed scope.
Leadership & Execution
Connect Strategic Intent With Daily Execution.
We work with leadership teams to clarify responsibilities, strengthen decision processes, and establish the operating rhythm needed to sustain progress. Strategy that isn't connected to a Tuesday review meeting doesn't move. We typically find that the execution gap is less about the plan and more about who owns what and when they review it.
When to engage us
Your strategy is defined, but competing priorities, unclear ownership, or organizational change are slowing execution.
Potential deliverables
Deliverables are examples tailored to the agreed scope.
Commercialization & Partnerships
Connect Technical Potential With Market Opportunity.
We clarify who needs your capability, why it matters, and how to reach the right customers and collaborators. Market research, value proposition development, and partnership strategy connect to practical commercialization decisions. We would want to look at your current customer evidence before recommending a go-to-market approach, because the right path often depends on what you already know.
When to engage us
You are moving from development toward market adoption, entering a new sector, or evaluating relationships that could advance growth.
Potential deliverables
Deliverables are examples tailored to the agreed scope.
Grants & Government Contracting
Align Your Capabilities With the Right Opportunities.
We help businesses evaluate opportunity fit, strengthen proposal narratives, and plan customer engagement and technology transition. For government organizations, we support mission-focused research, capability assessment, and innovation planning. An honest fit assessment is worth doing early, because a pursuit that doesn't fit the opportunity costs more than the proposal fee.
When to engage us
You need to assess a funding opportunity, prepare a stronger pursuit, identify relevant government customers, or connect an emerging capability to an operational need.
Funding and contract awards depend on eligibility, competition, and agency decisions. InnoTECH does not guarantee awards.

Four ways to engage.
Focused Assessment
A defined engagement to clarify the challenge, evaluate options, and recommend next steps.
Project-Based Support
An agreed scope with specific deliverables, responsibilities, and milestones.
Ongoing Advisory & Execution Support
Continued support for leadership decisions, initiative coordination, and implementation priorities.
Workshop or Facilitated Working Session
A structured session to align a leadership team, address a defined challenge, and establish actions.
Every engagement begins with a discussion of your objectives, constraints, and desired outcomes. Scope and deliverables are established before work begins.
Frequently asked questions
- We define the problem together, agree what success looks like, and let the problem and the outcome set the scope. Scope is the last thing decided, not the first.
- No. We produce research, analysis, and plans. When a recommendation needs execution support, we identify that during scoping and bring in partners whose work we know.
- It depends on the problem. A focused assessment may take two weeks. Implementation support may run six months. We do not quote from a service menu before understanding what has to change.
